Nuhou is HMA's quarterly newsletter.

The newsletter features local news from Hawai'i's museums, special reports on trends in the museum field and a calendar of events listing HMA events and other important dates to remember.

HMA members receive a subscription to the newsletter.

Comprehensive listing by island of 97 museums and cultural attractions created to promote the cultural richness and unique history of our state.

Funding for the directory was provided by the Institute for Museum and Library Services, the Cooke Foundation Limited and the Hawai'i Tourism Authority.

Cost for one directory: $5.00 plus $2.00 shipping and handling within the United States.

Full color, fold-out brochure of Hawai'i's Museums and Cultural Attraction is available at HMA member institutions and by order while supplies last. With listings for 97 museums throughout Hawaii, the brochure includes hours of operation, admissions, location, and contact information.

Color photographs of many of the institutions are also included. HMA members are highlighted.
